Load capacity

The total load comprises the vehicle load and the weight of the trolley / transport frame itself. To calculate the necessary loading capacity per wheel or roller the total load should always be divided by 3 for standard transport frames with 4 wheels. Uneven loading or an uneven floor can mean that the total load is spread over only 3 wheels or rollers and this increases the load per wheel/roller.

T = E + Z / n - 1

T = Loading capacity per roller
E = Weight of the transporting device itself
Z = Vehicle load
n = Number of wheels used
