Improper use

Wheel use in an unintended manner is given when...

• A soft running surface is used on soft flooring or a hard running surface on hard flooring
• The rollers are used on unsuitable flooring
• Fixed castors are used transversely to the direction of movement
• Particularly aggressive media can affect the wheel coating
• A device is moved by force despite locked wheels and rollers
• The environmental temperatures do not correspond to the roller specifications
• The wheels and rollers are used with a load that exceeds the maximum load-bearing capacity for each roller as shown in the technical manufacturer’s data
• Improper impact and fall loads influence wheels and rollers
• Foreign bodies can penetrate the running surfaces
• The wheels and rollers are driven at too high a speed
• Modifications are undertaken that are not agreed with the manufacturer
